Trent Hill Center partners with children and families to cultivate thriving, healing, and community. This happens through four programs:
Residential group care for foster care youth: Our flagship program that serves teens in the foster care system–up to 13 at a time. Residents come primarily from the Pee Dee region, but can be referred statewide through SCDSS.
Mental Health Counseling: THC’s on-site trauma-informed counseling services are available to our residents, their families, and community clients.
Independent Living Program: Provides shelter, support, & services to young adults ages 18-21 who are transitioning out of foster care so that they can be successful and independent in adulthood.
Family-Centered Community Support Services: Preventive services for families at risk of child abuse and neglect. Our Family Resource Specialists provide connections to resources that help to strengthen families and create healthier family dynamics.
